Channels and VOD in any package are subject to update, change or removal at any time without prior notice
eternaliptv.tv’s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed period, as evidence of this, a screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the customer’s registered email.
1 subscription = 1 connection, you cannot use more than one device per subscription
Any attempt to use more than one device at the same time will permanently terminate your subscription
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit their device information to include device type, model, application used, and device MAC if applicable
If we do not receive the device information within the order notes, we will send the m3u format and it will not be changed and cannot be changed
Our service providers perform maintenance on their servers from time to time, this may happen at any time and the time frame is not estimated
Buffering, freezing and not playing content is normal in any IPTV in the world, so you may find these issues
The customer is responsible for getting to know how IPTV works and the nature of it
Any IPTV package can be replaced by any other package if it is not available
IPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the customer’s registered email within one business day after clear payments are received
For IPTV Resellers, eternaliptv.tv is only responsible for activating and submitting the IPTV Reseller Panel information and including the agreed credit score.
We do not and will not provide any assistance for any IPTV Reseller Panel issues.

Subscriptions:

eternaliptv.tv guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed period, and a screenshot showing the IPTV subscription information and expiration date will be sent to the customer’s registered information, for any problem that comes on the servers, stopping or not playing content that we do not have No control over it. Contact us and we will do our best to fix the issues.
eternaliptv.tv is not responsible for any subscriptions purchased from the wrong type of IPTV set-top box.

Service Cancellation / Reservation:

You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel or suspend your subscription, as your use of any subscription will be canceled or suspended once you have reached the end of the term of your current subscription. No payment is required to cancel or suspend your subscription.

insurance:

eternaliptv.tv does not provide any insurance for any service.

premium:

Your payments are handled by Paypal, Bitcoin and VoguePay payment gateways which are some of the most secure ways to pay online.

To pay with your credit or debit card, your card must be 3D authenticated in order to be approved by our payment gateway processor

If the transaction fails, contact your bank and ask them to authorize the transaction and enable 3D authentication
